Brief overview of the project

This is a Viessman 222 combi boiler running two zones of radiators in a small Toronto Art Gallery. I have a third zone also installed for future work. The domestic water is hooked up with a recirculating line. I used a Caleffi hydraulic separator and AutoFill with backflow preventer fill valve. The challenging part of this job was that the piping is mounted to a 1/4" thick aluminum plate as specified by the owner. The plate was made in Ottawa and I had to plan all the bracket attachment points so they could be pre-drilled and tapped in Ottawa. Then I transported the plate to Toronto, mounted it on the wall and assembled the piping.
